Flash Force Objective Reconnaissance Special Unit Program
II. OBJECTIVE
Relative to its mission, the objective of the FFOR shall be to provide for
the development and maintenance of specially trained and certified 1:6 Objective Reconnaissance Teams and Detachments. Capabilities of the Force Objective Reconnaissance includes:
Planning and conducting reconnaissance operations separately or as part of a larger force;
Infiltration and exfiltration of specified operational areas by air, sea, or land;
Provision of support duties for other USDOC Teams;
Performance of other special operations as directed by higher authority.
